Sylvia Hendron has joined Terratech as the Director of Engineering.  Sylvia has a M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and brings an in-depth knowledge of field construction and value engineering of projects.  Prior to joining Terratech, Ms. Hendron spent her career in engineering consulting and construction management for both public and private sector clients.  Her academic and professional background is in geo-environmental remediation including brownfield redevelopment, slope stability, grading and surface water design and landfill design.  Ms. Hendron has extensive hands-on experience in earthworks including construction quality assurance (CQA) and has prepared numerous Environmental Impact Reports (EIR).  In joining Terratech, Ms. Hendron will develop and expand our technical services and manage our project design and engineering as well as installation process research.
